welcome to owen's top 3 album recs, because i have the best taste in everything.

lets go

1. Passion Pit - Manners

yeah so this album came out like in the summer just past and ryder got me into them. im now a massive campaigner for passion pit supremacy or whatever. I recommend Sleepyhead for the pill poppers and To Kingdom Come for everyone else.

but seriously there is something SO FUCKING PERFECT about Michael Angelakos's voice thats so weird but so addictive n unique. the more i listen to this shit the more angelakos it gets ;)

2. King Hertzie - Tell me if it Hz

i definately was NOT payed any bud to put this here... no but okay so it's technically not an album it's an EP but who cares, Archie (aka King Hertzie) is a mate of mine and ryder's so as a friendly gesture i thought i'd stick this here as a bit of extra promo. UR WELCOME HERTZ

this was his first release but its my personal favourite, it kinda sounds like what Neon Indian is doing now but it was like 2 years earlier.

but yeah if ur into trippy electronicy dancey stuff this is the bomb

3. sElf - Breakfast With Girls

ryder made me include this cos he loves sElf, and yea i guess i do as well and i definately recommend them!!!

they've got a more rock-y sound but they're quite all over the place really, lots of genres mixng n shit. if your a rocker you'd like Suzie Q Sailaway, any popular kids would probably like Meg Ryan, jazzers would love the title track, and you anime watching hipsters, Uno Song is probably up your street.
